What is the process for Custom Web Design?

After we've received payment (full payment or 50% deposit), I will email you a design questionnaire, which includes a list of questions about the overall style and look your going for as well as password information for your site so that we may install your new design. You will also receive a website design contract that discusses in detail what's included and what you can expect from us.

After I received all three of these items from you (questionnaire, contract & payment/deposit), I ask to do a phone consultation with my clients so that we can discuss and confirm the overall plan for the site.

What are my options to pay for a Custom Web Design?

I offer three ways to pay for your custom web design, you may either:

• Pay in full
• Make a 50% deposit. If choosing to pay a deposit, the full amount will be due upon installation on your site or within 90 days whichever comes first.

• Request a Payment Plan. Depending on the web design package you have chosen you will have between 6-12 months to pay the balance.

Will you change the font or colors of one of your Premade Templates?

Yes, we are more than happy to change some of the colors, the font, etc. for an additional cost. For detailed information and costs, please contact us and let us know what you'd like changed.

If I've bought a Pre-made or Custom Template, may I alter it?

No, alterations to our templates or graphics are not allowed. When you purchase from Elle Ink Studio, you are in essence purchasing the right to display our graphics and you do not own the copyright to them. You may NOT:

• Change the background on your template
• Change the header or use the header on a blog
• Remove the copyright notice at the bottom of your template

In addition, you may not sell or transfer any of our graphics to anyone else. Violation of these terms will result in us taking appropriate action to have the graphics removed.

 How long before I can expect installation of my Pre-made Template?

Generally, templates will be installed within 2 business days after we've received your admin and cpanel password information. That is unless, you've requested changes to the design.

What is Elle Ink's Refund Policy?

Due to the nature of our business, any services rendered are non-refundable.

Do you offer Hosting?

No, please see our list of Approved Host Companies. We will however set up your hosting for you through any of them if purchased with any of our custom web design packages.

What if I'm hosted with someone other than your approved hosting companies?

If you are hosted elsewhere we cannot guarantee that our templates will work with your system. If you'd like to be our guinea pig and let us test your system to see if our templates will work, contact us and we'll see what we can do! : )
